How Can You Delete Your Data?
AstroSoleil is fully compliant with Google and Apple policies regarding user data privacy and permanent deletion. You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
1. In-App Deletion (Instant):
You can instantly and permanently delete your account and all associated data by following the steps Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
2. Request via Email:
You can request the deletion of your data by sending an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" to info@astrosoleil.com from your registered account.
Important Note:
When you delete your account, all natal charts you created, your profile information, and (if any) audio recordings not yet 15 days old are permanently and irreversibly cleared from our system.
