1. Service Scope

AstroSoleil is a holistic development platform offering natal chart analysis, AI-powered dream interpretations, daily tasks, and live consultations with expert astrologers. AstroSoleil is not a fortune-telling app; it uses scientific astronomical data and professional interpretation techniques.

2. User Responsibility and Registration

Access to the app is only possible through Google or Apple accounts. The user is solely responsible for account security and the confidentiality of login information. For accurate astrological calculations, the accuracy of the date of birth, place of birth, and mandatory birth time provided by the user is the user's responsibility.

3. Payments and Refunds

AstroSoleil has no subscription fee. Users only make one-time purchases for the specific services they choose (live consultation, single question, etc.). All financial transactions are carried out through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to the policies and processes of the respective stores (Google/Apple).

4. Live Consultations and Audio Recordings

For the convenience of our users, only an audio recording is taken during live consultation sessions; no video recording is made. These recordings are stored in our system for 15 days from the date of the consultation and are automatically and permanently deleted at the end of this period.
